Located in the heart of New Orleans, Galliano is the rustic cousin of Restaurant Rebirth. Chef Ricky Cheramie twists traditional homestyle Cajun creations in a contemporary fashion, creating a taste and feel of the Louisiana bayous. Manny Pineda works diligently with his bartenders to develop seasonal cocktail lists and to deliver a boutique spirit selection. He has developed a list exclusively for wine lovers.
